This calendar features artworks by Aboriginal artists participating in The Torch program in Victoria, Australia. The program provides art, cultural and art industry support for Indigenous men and women while they are in prison and after their release. Participants are encouraged to express their culture and stories through art and share them with the world. Artworks are sold via The Torch's online gallery. 100% of the artwork price goes directly to the artist. Includes International, National and Regional Australian and New Zealand Public Holidays and other important dates and School term dates for Australia and New Zealand and September 2023 - December 2023 reference dates. Each month displays a mini datepad as reference to the previous and next months, southern hemisphere moon phases and image captions throughout. This is a 12 month calendar - January to December 2024. The 305 x 305mm (305 x 610mm open) saddle stitched square format wall calendar comes shrink wrapped with a cardboard stiffener to decrease the risk of damage in transit. Includes a drill hole so you can hang the calendar on your wall. Printed on 250gsm gloss art stock for cover and 150 gsm gloss art stock for internal pages.
