An environmental tale of the oil rig (Albatross Two) that arrives close to Ripple Bay and shakes up the peace by beginning drilling. As the drilling dominates the lives of the community the eventual build up results in an oil spill, where a young Tina Banks is desperate to rescue the lives of the sea birds along the coast.
